Frequently asked questions

Are you willing to meet with clients? 

Considering I wear pajamas to work most days, the short answer to this is DEAR GOD YES. The longer answer is: I'm located in Portland and I do meet with local clients as needed. Occasionally, I travel to other cities for longer workshops / working sessions. If that sounds like something you're interested in, let's talk. 

How much do you charge? 

I charge $75 an hour. My minimum booking is 15 hours. For smaller budgets, I recommend the Quick Fix package, which gives you edits and recommendations for 5 pages of copy. 

What kind of clients do you work with? 

The clients I work with have one thing in common - they want to take their content up a notch. They're not looking for a blog post, they're looking for help understanding if and how their blog serves their business. They want to have their content planned months in advance. They need help building content development processes that support six and seven-figure businesses. They want to say goodbye to sitting up at 2am trying to get the damn weekly newsletter out. 

Do you work on retainer?

Yes, I work with many clients on retainer. Put simply, that means that I hold a block of my time every month for you and we use it to write killer copy / brainstorm ideas / work on your branding and messaging / create digital products / whatever your heart desires. All my retainer agreements have a fifteen-hour, six-month minimum.
